Earthquake in Japan

On Monday, during the afternoon, an earthquake shook Tokyo, Japan. The earthquake had a magnitude of 5.7 and rattled central Japan on Monday afternoon. A second earthquake struck Japan 11 minutes later. The second quake had a magnitude level of a 4.6 quake. The Japan Meteorological Agency has confirmed that there has not been a tsunami alert has been issued. The quake took place approximately around 4:24 p.m. It was centered about 143 kilometers, also being 89 miles, north- northeast of Tokyo at a depth of 9.9 kilometers, also being 6.2 miles, according to the USGS.
